Albino Pierro (19 November 1916 Tursi - 23 March 1995 Rome) was an Italian poet. He was famous for his works in Lucan dialect,〔http://www.guernicaeditions.com/author.php?id=165〕 and being nominated for the Nobel Prize for Literature. ==Biography== He was born in Tursi in the province of Matera.
